Flagship of the Cave de Tain l'Hermitage, produced exclusively from Syrah gropes grown on alluvial granite plains. Classic vinification followed by ageing in oak barrels for between 6 and 8 months. A well balanced wine, rich and supple, with jammy red fruit flavors one overtones of liquorice and spice. Its velvety tannins make it perfect will cold cuts or any grilled, tasty meats.
