Winemaker Notes

The grapes for this wine come from our vineyards in Maipu, set at the foot of the Andes Mountains with ample sunshine along with cool nights which are optimal for Cabernet Sauvignon. You'll find plenty of ripe, jammy plum fruti which makes for a great pairing with steaks, lamb, veal or any red meat dish. Great with duck. Try with pasta. Kosher wine.
