Winemaker Notes

It has a rich, brilliant garnet red color. Its nose appears candid, elegant and strong, evoking tobacco, spice, liquorice and fruit. In the month it appears full, rounded, strong bodied and well balanced. It goes well with braised meats, game in wine and jugged, roasts and matured cheese.
