This wine is produced from grapes grown at Chakana Estate on the Andes foothills. Each bottle highlights the expression of the varieties that show greater adoption to these soils and climate. The result is this Shiraz of attractive, deep red color with purple hues, dark fruits and chocolate, with exotic spices and pepper notes. A vibrant and fruit-driven style with rounded tannins and excellent length. Ideally suited for roasted red meats, lamb or stuffed pasta. Serve between 16 and 18 degree Celsius. (62-65 degree Fahrenheit).
