Our Cabernet Sauvignon showcases a new benchmark style of Central Coast fruit from warmer vineyards that are ideal for growing Cabernet Sauvignon.  These sun – drenched vineyards provide classic mature ripening with a distinctive expression of plum and blackberry flavors.  The wine has a pleasing texture with good integration of oak from extended aging.  Drinkable now, it will continue to age well for several years.
