Winemaker Notes

Hendry block 16A was planted in 2002 to clone 7 Cabernet Sauvignon on rootstock 3309. Block 16b was planted in 1996. Where clone 7 Cabernet Sauvignon was grafted to St. George rootstock. The wine was aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, approximately 94% of which were new.
