Winemaker Notes

A Portuguese varietal that is very similar to a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, this California grown Verdelho demonstrates nuances of ripe pear, honey, peach and grapefruit with a fresh, bright acidity and a lingering finish.
This wine is best enjoyed chilled.  A nice accompaniment to a wide range of dishes, serve with oysters, any light seafood dish or around the barbecue.
For your convenience this wine has been released ready to drink.  Consume three years of purchase to enjoy it at its best.  Once opened, keep the bottle in the fridge tightly sealed and finish within 2 days.
Made from Verdelho fruit sourced from the warm, fertile vineyards of California, the grapes were hand selected and blended to create a whit wine that is light, crisp, and delightfully fruit forward.
