Since 1977, Matanzas Creek Winery has focused on creating balanced, elegant wines that are regarded as Sonoma County classics. Our 2007 Rose is made in the Saignee method from 100% Merlot. The grapes were sourced from Estate vineyards in Bennett Valley including our premier Merlot vineyard, Jackson Park. Crisp, dry and fleshy, this Rose pairs perfectly with you favorite spicy entries.
