The warm dry growing season created secondary aromas of petrol. The small amount of residual sugar in the wine is a result of arresting the fermentation by chilling the juice before dryness. The bracing acidity produces a crisp finish that adds to its food friendly nature.
This wine is a natural compliment to shellfish squid and white fish such as Bass and Trout. It's a very fine example of Riesling and one of the best we've ever produced.
