2004, Pine Ridge Winery, Napa Valley Andrus Reserve Red

Inviting aromas of caramel, brown sugar and cola lift to reveal a wave of ripe red berries and cassis.  Rich and sweet on the palate, the 2004 Andrus Reserve offers a medley of chocolate, vanilla, cassis and cherry, with hints of cedar and slight earthy component.  Supple, silky tannins are complemented by an extended finish laced with coffee bean, cocoa and red berry flavors.  Cellaring for ten years or more will enhance the character of this wine.
