Symphony is an improved, high quality Muscat Hybrid. It was designed to retain the floral aromas of Muscat in addition to tropical and citrus flavors of Grenache Gris. We fermented this wine very cold and stopped the fermentation in order to retain a bit of residual sugar. The end result is a very fresh, fruity style of wine that is ready to drink now. Enjoy with a fruit salad or hunk of blue cheese.
