Winemaker Notes

This port was aged in both stainless steel and neutral French and American oak barrels. Although classically made for aging long term, this port can be enjoyed now with decanting prior to drinking. Enjoy as an after dinner drink with roasted nuts, or as my grandfathers did.., with desert and cheeses.
