2003, Sebastiani Vineyards & Winery, California Symphony

Symphony is an improved, high quality Muscat Hybrid.  It was designed to retain the floral aromas of Muscat while offering additional tropical and citrus flavor.  We fermented this wine very cold and stopped the fermentation in order to retain a bit of residual sugar.  The end result is a very fresh, fruity style of wine that is ready to drink now.  We are proud to offer this limited release Symphony.  Enjoy with sharp cheese or teriyaki dishes.
