Winemaker Notes

Diamante is a semi-sweet white wine of a type characteristic to Mediterranean Europe, made from Viura and Malvasia grapes. A classic which is highly appreciated for its complex bouquet and the elegance with which it enters the mouth. When served cold it suits cream consommes, white fish, seafood soup, desserts, sweets and ice creams.
