Winemaker Notes

Pale yellow with some golden highlights. Melons and peach. The palate delivers creamy peach and a touch of grapefruit zest. The generous length is well supported by carefully balanced acid. The Unwooded Chardonnay is the perfect accompaniment for orrecchiette with capsicum, chilli and rocket. Add some sauteed chicken thighs or lightly cooked prawns for some variation.
