Upfront cherry fruit aromas followed by oaky vanilla flavors on the palate and an elegant finish. Serve at room temperature. Ideal with ostrich, grilled rosemary flavored lamb, oxtail & red meat dishes. Produced from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, from specially selected vineyards in the Western Cape region of South Africa. 12 months careful oak maturation produced a wine that perfectly balances a good acid structure with soft, ripe tannins. The resulting smooth varietal character lingers on the senses.
