2005, Viader Vineyards, Napa Valley Dare Rose

The 2005 Rosé is made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grapes.  Exhibits aromas of ripe cherries, strawberries, a hint of dark licorice and cassis liqueur but also floral notes of wisteria and violet.  The lingering dry finish refreshes and invites another taste; making it the perfect summer treat.  Aged in stainless steel to preserve the freshness and brightness of the fruit, this wine is best enjoyed chilled.  While this wine is outstanding on its own we recommend pairing with fresh Mediterranean fares as well as a variety of spicy dishes.
