Winemaker Notes

100% Chardonnay, from a cool region, with aromas of apple and pineapple accompanied by orange blossom, and citrus. Full bodied, intense and persistent on the palate. The finish is well rounded, balanced and fruity UNOAKED fermentation in stainless steel and bottle UNOAKED to preserve fruit characteristic and the crispness of the wine. Raimat Chardonnay wine from our land without our own style.
