The 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon was aged in French oak barrels for 14 months and another 4 months in stainless steel tanks. It begins with sweet rosemary and violets on the nose. The flavor of dried red currents fills the pallet along with its velvety testure. The delicacy of its long smooth finish makes this wine lovely on its own or with food.
