Winemaker Notes

A nice blend of fruity and earthy characteristics. Candied apple and bing cherry on the nose with Mushroom and sage undertones. This wine has bright acidity, balanced tannins and smooth finish. Our Cabernet Franc matches nicely with sea food and the lighter meats (turkey, pork, chops, fish, chicken).
