The select Riesling grapes that go in this white varietal hail from cool, east-facing, gravelly vineyards overlooking Trento, at an altitude of 1150 -1480 feet. Delicately aromatic, its bouquet is floral and fruity, the palate full, very fresh yet silky textured, showing notes of wild flowers, fine structure and minerality. Best enjoyed as an aperitif or with antipasti, risotto, fish and fowl dishes.
