Premium Clare Valley fruit was allowed to ripen, then crushed, fermented and aged in new American oak barrels for 14 months prior to bottling.  Blue Chip exhibits rich, sweet, spicy, dark berry fruit aromas and flavors which are enhanced on the palate by toasty vanillan oak and inviting fine grain tannins.  A rewarding investment to drink now or cellar for up to 8 years to further bottle age complexities.  We fee you will enjoy the fruits of our endeavors.
