Winemaker Notes

Straw gold with a tinge of green; baked peach, honey blossom, hazelnuts and quince combine to create a delicious elixir. The palate is rich, round, complex yet subtle. Baked apple and peach, stewed quince, wild flower, honey and cinnamon flavors are supported by gentle oak and cleansing acidity that draws out the palate.
