This rose is named after the method of vinification, it is racked in the night following the harvest, as soon as the juice of the berries has the desired color. Composed of Grenache, which gives it a structure marked by the terroir, and cinsault which gives flexibility and fruity, this wine easy to drink and which retains all the natural qualities of the grapes from which it originates.
