Our 2008 Dry Rosé is made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from our VIADER estate vineyards. The wines selected for this small bottling of Rosé were chosen due to their highly aromatic floral tones and bright fruit concentration. This wine is made for the summer season and is best enjoyed chilled.
Our 2008 Dry Rosé exhibits strong aromas of ripe Bing cherry, cassis liqueur, raspberry, and
with hints of rose, wisteria and violet on the finish. The crisp acidity refreshes and invites
another taste.
