Winemaker Notes

Tasting Notes for Sauvignon Blanc: Pale straw with hints of green. Ripe sweet fruits with tropical notes underpinned with herbaceous hints. A wine of great finesse. Passionfruit laced with currants making this is a wonderfully fresh and vibrant wine with layers of flavor.

Food Pairing

Oysters, lemon grass based dishes.
