Our 2008 Cabernet-Merlot combines Merlot’s lush, plummy aromas and black cherry flavors with the more structured blackberry character of Cabernet Sauvignon, highlighting the most pleasing elements of both varietals. Hints of sandalwood, mocha, and vanilla oak lend a nice bit of spice to the rich flavors. This easygoing wine pairs well with hamburgers or grilled steak. Its dark, fruity flavors also complement lamb, roast pork, and hearty soups and stews.
