Our 2004 Chardonnay boasts a luscious bouquet of papaya, green apple, vanilla and caramel.  A smooth, buttery palate offers seamless flavors of fig, pineapple, mango and citrus.  Accents of flint and spice accompany brisk acidity on a clean, refreshing finish.  This Chardonnay appeals to a variety of cuisine, including steamed clams, grilled scallops with creamy risotto, gnocchi with butter and sage, and chicken salad with toasted walnuts.
