2007, Talley Vineyards, Arroyo Grande Valley Estate Chardonnay

The delicate bouquet of the 2007 Estate Chardonnay expresses light aromas of green apples, toasted walnuts, and orange blossoms with subtle hints of vanilla.  On the palate, there are distinctive fruit flavors of lemons and pineapple coupled with a bright minerality.  The texture
is soft and rich and the flavors are very concentrated.  This wine pairs well with thresher shark, halibut, and is a nice complement to a pesto cream sauce.
