Crystal-clear, ruby red color, with a floral bouquet reminiscent of wild rose and damask rose, and a fruity bouquet of Morello jam, spiced with pink pepper. This wine is dry in taste, with a full fresh flavor. Vivid tannins in a good body help to create a great harmony between taste and olfactory.
Recommended with mushroom pasta (porcini and fungi) , spiced and aromatised white meat, roast lamb, or half-mature cheese flavored with black or Cayenne pepper.
