Winemaker Notes

Separate lots are cold fermented with native yeast in stainless steel tanks and aged sur-lie. The younger Beckstoffer vineyard contributes green apple and pear flavors with crisp natural acidity, while the more mature McDowell vineyard adds tropical notes and a creamy, complex mouth feel.
