This is a delicious example of Austria's very own grape variety: Gruner Veltliner. Its appley, citrus aromas are followed by an elegant and balanced palate with the distinct notes of white pepper for which Gruner is so admired. An ideal match for vegetable dishes, fish, poultry, salads, seafood, pasta, cold cuts, asparagus. Try with Asian cusine, too!
