Winemaker Notes

This delicious sparkling wine was produced using the traditional methode Champenoise, however, it was only left on the yeast a short time to facilitate enhancing the wonderful fruit qualities. The finished wine is light and zesty, resplendent with summer fruits-like having a mouthful of ripe, juicy strawberries and watermelon at the same time.
